The International School for Operation, Maintenance, Repair and Management of Heavy Machinery GRUPO MAKRO S.A.S. is an international organization with presence in nine countries, with innovative, technical and professional experience in the training of operation and maintenance of heavy machinery for mining and civil works, and in fulfillment of its mission to train professional operators of heavy machinery with integrity and competitiveness, for the productive transformation with passion for sustainability and innovation in the region, managing its processes based on the methodology of continuous improvement PHVA (Plan, Do, Check and Act), seeking to strengthen the efficiency and effectiveness of the same; within this context Grupo Makro S.A.S. is committed to:

1.- To continuously improve the performance of the HSEQ (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) Integral Management System in order to satisfy the needs of our internal and external clients, and interested parties; and to provide well-being to our direct and indirect workers, and to the entire academic community. 2.- To manage risk in an integral way, through the identification of hazards, evaluation, risk assessment and the establishment of the respective controls. 3.- To prevent personal injuries due to the occurrence of work accidents, occupational diseases, damage to property and socio-environmental impact. 4.- To provide the human talent, technical, economic and technological resources necessary for the implementation and maintenance of the Safety, Occupational Health, Environment and Quality Management System.

5.- Comply with the Legislation on Safety and Health at Work, Environment, Quality, and other applicable requirements that have subscribed to the organization, such as the guidelines of the Ministry of National Education, with the current national regulations applicable to occupational hazards and the environment. Promote the development of an identity characterized by its institutional values, the participation of the academic community, teamwork, learning model and research.
