Acquire the necessary knowledge to perform the analysis, diagnosis and evaluation of electronic systems using the best tools according to the current machinery.

Duration: 60 hours (10 days)

  • 20 hours online (4 hours per day for 5 days with an intermediate break of 1 or 2 hours).
  • 40 hours in classroom, 2 hours per student (Practice with multimeter, scanner, sensors and ECM).

NOTE: Number of participants 20 for 40 hours of practice.

1 student in classroom every two hours, 4 students per day, for 5 days = 20 students.

TEMARIO

Lesson 1: Electronic signals, alternating current, ways to modulate the signal, input devices or sources, definition of internal components of sensors, oscillator, amplifier, transistor, PWM.

Lesson 2: Switches, diagnostics on switch type inputs, reference voltage, sender or emitters, temperature, pressure, position, level sensors.

Lesson 3: Output devices, solenoids and proportional valves, relays, warning indicators.

Lesson 4: Diagnostic Codes, definition of diagnostic codes for Caterpillar, Cummins, Detroit Diesel, International.

Lesson 5: Electronic Control Modules, description of ECM types, communication, hardware and software, the Personality Module, internal structure of an ECM, logged events.

CERTIFICATION

At the end of the training, a certificate with official value supported by the Ministry of Education of Panama (MEDUCA) through the Instituto Superior de Ingeniería and Grupo MAKRO S.A. (International Certification) will be awarded.
