Heavy equipment and trucks (C7, C9 Caterpillar, DT466, DT530 International).

Duration: 60 hours (10 days)

20 hours online (4 hours per day for 5 days with an intermediate break of 1 or 2 hours).
40 hours on the computer, 1 hour per student.

NOTE: Number of participants 40 for 40 hours of practice.

1 student on the computer every hour, 8 students per day, for 5 days = 40 students

Lesson 1: Description of HEUI C9 Caterpillar electronic engine applied to 336D excavator, C7 Caterpillar applied to suction pump, DT466 engine applied to International truck.

Lesson 2: HEUI fuel system, HEUI high pressure oil system.

Lesson 3: Mechanical, electrical and electronic differences and similarities of HEUI engines between both manufacturers.

Lesson 4: Mechanical diagnosis of Caterpillar and International HEUI system, use of Caterpillar service information system, use of DT466 International engine service manual.

Lesson 5: Caterpillar and International HEUI system electronic diagnostics, use of Caterpillar service information system, International® DT 466 and DT 530 engine family electronic diagnostics manual.

CERTIFICATION

At the end of the training, a certificate with official value supported by the Ministry of Education of Panama (MEDUCA) through the Instituto Superior de Ingeniería and Grupo MAKRO S.A. (International Certification) will be awarded.
